**Pre-orders do take sometime, so if you have an expectation on arrival time Please don't pre-order and wait until we have in stock items.**

Ground Shipping with Tracking  | 5 - 7 business days

International Ground Shipping with tracking : 7 - 25 business days

I placed a pre-order, what now? 

Products that have the label "preorder" is not in stock and has not been made yet. Pre-orders will have a closing date, once closed they will be placed into processing and production. These actions roughly take around 4-6 weeks then once in hand we will ship out shortly after. 

I ordered an in stock item, how long does it take to ship?

We ship out in stock orders within 5-7 business days, or sooner. 

I ordered an in stock item AND a preordered item, which gets shipped first?

If items purchased are in stock and preordered items. We will have to wait until all the preordered items are complete before we ship out. If you would like your in stock item first please purchase them separately. 

When will my order ship?

After we have received our products, we will start shipping order the following Friday. Within in the states it usually takes around 3-5 business days. OVERSEAS orders usually take about 7-25 days to ship. Please make sure to read our product descriptions.

My order didn't deliver/incorrect address!

You are free to contact us about a long package but we are not responsible for any lost packages. Once the package leaves our hands it is USPS's responsibility. We have no control of lost packages. Please contact USPS. If the order was returned to sender and we receive it. We can reship the label for you with a reshipment fee.

How do I wash my apparel?

To ensure the longevity of the shirts we recommend you wash on a delicate cycle on cold and hang dry or cold tumble dry. Do not dry your clothes with heat as this will cause premature fading and cracking.

I want to change my order or request a refund.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NON REFUNDABLE. If you received a defective product, please send us an email and we will handle it there. But unfortunately due to the limited nature of our products, we are unable to make changes or refunds.
